It's been a week since my summer break has started. Today was the only day where I stayed home. I've been out everyday with the family and relatives. What a great start of summer ! I love when my aunts, uncles, cousins, and family get together. We're always loud and enjoy our time together. I'm so glad I could communicate with them well. We're talkative and not shy towards each other.
We've been to LA for about 7/8 times for these past couple of days. We had to squish ourselves during the car ride since we were exceeding the maximum amount of people in the van. Though the car rides were long, I had fun with them. I would never have to worry about being bored while I'm with them. We would always come up with a game or something to lighten up our moods.
Yesterday, we sent Fai back to his apartment in Irvine for his summer school. I'm going to miss him. :[ After coming back, my aunts dyed their hair. They had left- overs, so we all highlighted our hair. It was so fun ! I got to dye my aunts and uncles' hairs. We were doing our hair until 3am ! Haha. Along side, the parents tried to learn how to hula-hoop. It was hilarious ! They had to move and shake so much to get the hula to "stay up", but it was a failure. It's okay though, they learned within an hour and figured they don't have to move as much to maintain the hula up.
For Father's Day, we bought our Dad a t-shirt and wrote the initial of our first name on the shirt with a heart, saying that we love him. We all wore different shades of blue that day to match them. Aww, it was so sweet. Haha. c(;
Now, my relatives went to a cruise and won't come back till Friday. Everything went back to normal and pretty quiet around the house. It feels weird without them here. I'm waiting for them to come back to pick me up and we're going to head for San Francisco, then Lake Tahoe and go back to Vegas. It's a road trip for sure !
